Booking Information
Bookings for educational tours can be arranged either by
email or by telephone
with the Education Department of the Bahamas National Trust.
To ensure that you can get the date and time that you want we do ask that you book at least 2 weeks in advance.
Cost
All educational tours are $2.00 per child on the tour. Adults go free.
Times and Days
Normal operational times are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Tours can be arranged easily during those times. However, exceptions can be made under special circumstances.
What to consider before the trip
Do bear in mind some sites do not have concessions or restroom facilities. Do ask about the facilities available for specific tours so that your tour group will be prepared ahead of time.
Teachers and students should be dressed appropriately for an out door field trip. Normal sports uniforms, jeans, shorts and tennis are considered appropriate. Any tours that involve swimming will also require bathing suits already worn under clothing. Towels, water shoes and sun glasses are also encouraged.
